Belle Chevre Goat Cheesecake Wins Dairy Innovation Gold For Best Dairy Dessert

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - June 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Belle Chevre’s Goat Cheese Cheesecake was named Best Dairy Dessert in the 2013 Dairy Innovation Awards. The cheesecake was chosen among entries from 23 different countries across 15 categories. It is lighter than the typical cheesecake, since goat cheese is both higher in protein and lower in calories and fat than cream cheese.  They are made fresh and with all natural ingredients, including Belle Chevre’s very own handmade Alabama goat cheese.
