Eastpointe Health & Fitness Offers Radiant Child Yoga For The First Time

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, N.J. - June 25, 2013 - PRLog -- The classes combine stories, songs and creative movement, and help increase children’s self-esteem and self-awareness, while strengthening their bodies in a fun way with yoga. There will be two separate sessions for ages 4-7 and for ages 7-11, as follows:

Session #1    

Monday  

4:00 – 5:00 pm    

Ages: 8-11  

Session #2

Friday

10:30–11:30 am

Ages: 4-7

The cost is $50 for the full 5-week workshop, and $12 drop in rate for a single session.
