Serendipity Labs Appoints Hospitality Veteran Brad Le Blanc SVP of Franchise Development

RYE, N.Y. - June 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Serendipity Labs, a leader in Corporate Coworking, has hired Brad Le Blanc (http://www.linkedin.com/in/bradleblanc) as SVP of Franchise Development to accelerate its US franchise expansion. Brad has been successfully building hospitality franchise brands for over 20 years, including launching upscale, lifestyle hotel brands to growing hotel systems to over 1,000 franchise units. “Brad is uniquely qualified to guide the launch of this new category of hospitality and match Serendipity Labs franchise partners with real estate projects across the US,” says Serendipity Labs Chairman, John Arenas.

Previously, Mr. LeBlanc was Vice President Sales & Development for Choice Hotels International’s upscale franchise sales division.  This included the launch of Cambria Suites, as well as a playing a key role in real estate acquisition and equity partnerships across the top twenty U.S. lodging markets.
