By: Snell & Wilmer The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation was created as a collaborative effort between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Maricopa County Stadium District with the intent for the community to benefit from the economic development of baseball. This nonprofit corporation was created for the purpose of furthering the welfare and well-being of the residents of the State of Arizona, by means of raising funds to be used exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Areas of focus for the foundation include homelessness/ Paul's practice at the firm is concentrated in environmental and toxic tort litigation, including mold, asbestos and pollution claims. He also provides environmental and land use counseling, including lobbying, permitting and compliance, associated with siting and construction of mining, manufacturing and power generating facilities, and administrative dispute resolution. Paul is currently a board member for St. Joseph the Worker, a founding member and president for the Arizona Celtic Bar Association and a zoning adjustment hearing officer and past chairman for the Board of Adjustment for the City of Phoenix.
