Screen repair plugs for Mongoose shaker screen

June 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Mongoose series screen is spare parts for M-I SWACO Mongoose PT shaker. The dimension is 585*1165mm. It is pre-tensioned type screen. We clamp or tension Mongoose screen by wedge blocks.

The Mongoose series shaker screen including steel frame and composite frame type. Both are same size and almost same specs. Including the weight,etc. Mongoose shaker screen have rectangle hole on steel shell.

1. Why do we need the shaker screen plugs to repair screen

Repair broken shaker creen by block the holes under broken screen cloth. To make sure the shaker screens can be used again soon. Decrease cost on replacing complete shaker screen panels.

2. Repair plug for mongoose shaker screen

There are rectangle shape hole on Mongoose series screen shell. Our repair plugs should be same shape as the frame hole. However, the plug size should be larger than the holes. Otherwise, the plugs won’t stand there steadily during shaker operation
