MBA of Tampa Bay appoints D.J. Rondeau as President

TAMPA, Fla. - June 28, 2013 - PRLog -- John Chludzenski, former State of Florida President of the MBA was there to instate the officers and board of directors for the local MBA Chapter.  DJ Rondeau, Senior Mortgage Loan Originator at Bay to Bay Lending, has been appointed to the local president’s position, fulfilling past President of the organization, Craig Wright’s (NavPros) shoes.  Shortly after assuming his new role as President of MBA Tampa, Rondeau was granted a position on the state’s board of directors; he now plays not only an active role locally, but statewide as well.

The local Tampa Bay MBA and state of Florida MBA share the same vision of promoting education within the industry as well as conducting fundraising for nonprofit organizations such as the Children’s Home of Tampa Bay and MPAC (Mortgage Political Association Committee).  The funds raised and donated to The Children’s Home total an estimated $200,000 throughout the past ten years alone.

As past president Craig Wright states on MBA of Tampa’s website: “Your Mortgage Bankers Association is full of opportunities to show your thanks. This organization is yours. It was built on the philosophy that together we are stronger than we are alone. It grows with the people who want to give back. Do you want to give back? You owe it to yourself and your community to do so.” Rondeau’s outlook is similar to that of Craig’s: “Giving back to our community is a trait that should be instilled in all of us, and I have instilled Craig’s message in my own mind. It will continue to be depicted throughout my presidency; always show your thanks, to each and every person you encounter.”
