As a graduate of University of Louisville’s School of Medicine, Dr. Grossfeld completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Fowler-Kennedy Sports Medicine Center. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS). She is also a Fellow with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. In addition to her medical practice at Orthopaedic Specialists, Dr. Grossfeld also serves as Assistant Clinical Professor for the Sports Medicine Fellowship Program at the University of Louisville and Instructor in the Department of Family Medicine and the Department of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Through her work at the University of Louisville, Dr. Grossfeld received the Department Award in June 2013, a special recognition given each year to one faculty member who exhibits extraordinary dedication and commitment to mentoring medical residents in their preparation for a career in medicine. As a competitive tennis player, and participant in the USTA singles 4.0/4.5 for over a decade, Dr. Grossfeld is also a dedicated athlete.
