Clay Conley, the award winning chef and owner of Palm Beach restaurant hot spots, Buccan and Imoto at Buccan, recently signed on to join forces with a local Palm Beach beverage company to inspire a limited edition flavor to add to their current seven flavor family. Standing behind their promise of delivering a truly chef inspired beverage, onli™ sought out Clay Conley to explore a whole new palate of refreshment and culinary collaboration. Clay will bring his unique and eclectic culinary style to create a flavor profile that will certainly stand out from any other beverages currently on the market. “My cooking has always been influenced by a variety of experiences, including traveling to and dining in diverse cultures and experimenting with different flavor profiles,” stated Conley. “Working with onli beverages offers a unique opportunity to see how my experiences as a cook will translate into the creation of a new beverage.
