ZyLAB introduces a full Global Support Package for eDiscovery

ZyLAB’s Global Support Package incorporates UNICODE support, true linguistic support for full-text indexing, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), processing, de-duplication, early-case assessment, review and production. It also includes multi-lingual text mining, concept search and technology-assisted review capabilities for more than 450 languages and offers automatic translation for a selected set of language pairs.

In this global business climate Electronically Stored Information (ESI) includes an increasing amount of information written in languages other than English. This none-English ESI not only adds significant translation costs, but also encompasses new risks for all parties involved in a possible eDiscovery.
