This Department is responsible for crafting and enforcing a company-wide risk management framework and risk management process to ensure that it is able to identify, assess, and monitor various types of risks involved in investment activity and asset management.

Department of Human Resources

This Department is responsible for formulating FJP Investment’s human resource strategy, and managing personnel policies and other related issues, including staff planning, recruiting, career development, performance evaluation, remuneration, and compensation.

Department of Information Technology

This Department is responsible for building, managing, and maintaining FJP’s information technology system to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the company's investments and other business activities.
