Components Coroporation Releases Bc-501 Battery Contacts

ANAHEIM, Calif. - July 11, 2013 - PRLog -- Components Corporation recently released its new model BC-501 Battery Contacts. Developed specifically for portable electronic devices, the Battery Contact produces a highly reliable spring contact due to its unique wireform design.

Created using a new generation of Components Corporation proprietary technology, the BC-501 discarded standard plastic housing and in turn, reduced the overall package footprint and weight.

The BC-501 is manufactured from phosphor bronze wire with gold plating for optimal performance. This battery contact can be used in instrumentation and test equipment, medical devices and a variety of hand-held electronics. The battery contacts are packaged on 7” (1000 piece) reels for automated placement and soldering equipment.
