The 2013 International Franchise Expo (IFE) was a the three-day event that took place June 20 to 22, 2013 at the Javits Center located at 36th St. and 11th Ave. in New York, New York.

Mormino stressed that in order to effectively reduce cost and increase profit, each franchisee needs to customize their employment overhead system to their specific industry and market.
