By: Broemmel Media "I was a terrible fast food addict," Broemmel explained. "Not a day went by that I did not eat fast food for at least one and sometimes all three primary meals." In the article, Broemmel outlines specific strategies that he used to move away from eating fast food, from ulimately nearly completely eliminating fast food from his diet. "Before I kicked the fast food habit, I weighed over 220 pounds, and I am only 5'6" tall. That is far too much weight for a person my size," Broemmel noted. He went on to explain that he suffered from seriously high blood pressure and was one point away from being declared diabetic. "Within six months, I lost 80 pounds," Broemmel said. He noted that he still struggles with weight. "Although I continue to avoid fast food, I do find myself gravitating towards other types of unhealthy eating, particularly when I am stressed over work or something else," Broemmel explained.
