National Licensing Services Certified as a Minority Business Enterprise

LAS VEGAS - July 15, 2013 - PRLog -- National Licensing Services (NLS), a Las Vegas-based business, liquor and gaming licensing firm, is pleased to announce it has been certified as a bona-fide Woman-owned Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) as defined by the National Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC) and adopted by the Nevada Supplier Diversity Council. The NMSDC network includes an office in New York and regional offices in major cities, including Las Vegas.

The NMSDC certification process requires that each business be at least 51% minority-owned and operated. The criterion for certification includes screenings, office visits and interviews. Certified MBEs are eligible for services offered by NMSDC and its regional councils, including being added to the NMSDC network database allowing companies to efficiently market its services nationwide.

Additionally, the certification helps identify minority businesses for buying agents of major corporations allowing them to better report diversity spend and utilization rates.
