Black Twig Communications Announces New Partner, New Staff

ST. LOUIS - July 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Black  Twig Communications, LLC, a leading St. Louis-based public relations and marketing firm, announced the promotion of Stephanie Flynn to partner in the firm and the addition of Jamie Sherman to the agency account staff in the position of Senior Account Executive.  Flynn has been serving in the role of Vice President and director of account staff.  She will continue to direct the agency’s account staff.  Sherman joined Black Twig to lead accounts in the agency’s health care and business-to-business practices.

Flynn joined Black Twig in 2010 as Account Supervisor and has consistently assumed more responsibility and provided more leadership during her tenure.  She directs the agency account staff and manages key accounts in the technology and not-for-profit sectors.    As partner she participates in setting agency policy and business strategy.   She currently serves as Board President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and previously served as a Director at Cushman/Amberg Communications.

Sherman joined Black Twig in May, 2013, previously serving as Account Manager for MSW Marketing, where she managed strategy and execution of public relations and marketing for clients in a range of business and consumer categories.  In addition she has broad event development and management experience, having served as Senior Special Events Manager for Cosmopolitan Events.
