iTAN Sun Spray Spa® Hosts Fourth Annual iMAN 2013 Event on July 27, With Miss California USA 2013

SAN DIEGO - July 24, 2013 - PRLog -- After crowning San Diego resident, Brooke Mollring, as Miss iTAN 2013 in April, with the help of celebrity judges Jenni "JWOWW" Farley and Miss California USA 2013, Mabelynn Capeluj,  iTAN Sun Spray Spa® hosts the fourth annual iMAN 2013 event on July 27 from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at Stingaree in the Gaslamp, and welcomes back Miss California as a celebrity judge.

Voted San Diego's number one tanning salon by the community, five years in a row, iTAN is one of Southern California’s fastest growing, franchised tanning and spa salons. iMAN is an annual lifestyle competition sponsored by iTAN to find a fresh, new face to represent the brand while promoting a balanced and confident lifestyle throughout Southern California.

More than 20 of San Diego and Riverside Counties’ finest gentlemen will compete for the title of iMAN 2013. The event will boast a hosted bar from 8 to 9 p.m. and special dance performances by Lipstik Girls.

The iMAN 2013 judging panel will include:

·      Kamron Fariba – iMAN 2012

·      Brooke Mollring – Miss iTAN 2013

·      Lisa Simmons – Director of the San Diego Charger Girls

iMAN 2013 will receive a $1,000 cash prize, a year of unlimited iTAN Sun Spray and Spa services, and will become the new, featured face of the brand.

Contestants entered the competition through an online Facebook contest on iTAN’s Facebook Page. Submissions and nominations were accepted from Monday, June 10 to Monday, June 24. Online voting for the title of iMAN 2013 Online Winner began on Wednesday, June 26 and continued through Wednesday, July 10. Fans had the opportunity to vote once per day.

Scott Kemp was selected as iMAN 2013 Online Winner by a public vote. He will receive one year of unlimited iTAN Sun Spray and Spa services, in addition to becoming an iTAN Brand Ambassador. Kemp will compete amongst other contestants for the title of iMAN 2013 at the annual event.

After successfully hosting the fifth and sixth annual Miss iTAN events at Stingaree, this is first year that the iMAN event will be hosted at the nightclub, a favorite amongst celebrities, locals and tourists. Stingaree is located at 454 6th Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101.
