IIHS announces extension of deadline for application for PWP-UD

EAST OF KAILASH, India - July 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Bengaluru, July 26, 2013 India: The Indian Institute for Human Settlements (http://www.iihs.co.in/) (IIHS) today announced that the deadline for accepting applications for its Programme for Working Professionals in Urban Development (http://pwp-ud.iihs.co.in/) (PWP-UD) has been extended to July 31, 2013 in order to facilitate requests from applicants. New applications are being accepted now. The course is scheduled to run from September 2013 to August 2014.

The PWP-UD is a unique, inter-disciplinary, practice-based programme that allows participants to build upon their existing disciplinary and practice backgrounds to specialise in urban practice. Taught by a diverse faculty of leading academics and practitioners, it is designed to focus on applied learning and skill development necessary for finding effective, sustainable and integrated solutions to problems facing Indian cities.
