He uses his experience as a personal trainer, former body builder and avid CrossFitter to come up with boot camp routines that are innovative, unique, challenging and fun. Every day at Zone 360 Boot Camp is a new boot camp workout. Since opening in 2012, there has yet to be a duplicate workout for boot campers. Workouts are group style, about 6-9 people per training session, and last about 45-50 minutes including a warm up and stretching at the end. The programming is scalable to any age or fitness level and includes a variety of exercise principals including cardiovascular training, strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance. Boot campers learn to perform traditional olympic weight lifting moves like the power clean and incorporate these moves into boot camp style workouts. The workout can be made as hard or as easy as each invidivual wants. By using lighter weights, boot campers can scale the workout to their own personal preferences. Zone 360 Boot Camp is offered 6 days a week and Ultimate Fit Zone offers additional programming all seven days of the week.
