Massage Envy Spa’s Healing Hands for Arthritis Comes to Houston

WHAT:

Houston’s Massage Envy Spas join forces with the Arthritis Foundation to host Healing Hands for Arthritis, a one-day national event to build awareness and raise funds to fight arthritis. On September 18, 2013, every Massage Envy Spa including the 29 Houston Massage Envy Spas will donate $10 from every one-hour massage session or facial to the Arthritis Foundation. Last year, this one-day event raised $678,173.10 for the Arthritis Foundation.

Bookings for Healing Hands for Arthritis begin at 8 AM on August 2, 2013

COST:

All Healing Hands for Arthritis massages and facials on September 18, 2013 will be offered at Massage Envy Spa’s introductory prices. An introductory one-hour massage session (a 50-minute massage and time for consultation and dressing) is just $49 and a one-hour Healthy Skin facial session at $59. On September 18, 2013, $10.00 of each service will go to the Arthritis Foundation. Memberships are available for $59 per month and include a one-hour massage session. Members can enjoy unlimited additional one-hour massage sessions at the $39 member rate or a one-hour Healthy Skin facial session for $49.

All proceeds donated during Healing Hands for Arthritis will support the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide efforts to prevent, control and cure arthritis and related diseases. Additionally, Murad®, Massage Envy Spa’s strategic skin care partner, will donate 10 percent of all sales from its products sold at Massage Envy Spa locations during the event to the Arthritis Foundation.
