AAIM Employers’ Association Grows its Sales Force to Keep Pace with Customer Demand

ST. LOUIS - July 31, 2013 - PRLog -- AAIM Employers’ Association, the region’s largest association of employers is expanding its sales force. Deborah Johnson and Denise Nickles have joined AAIM as a result of increased demand for AAIM services. Services provided by AAIM include talent acquisition, pre-employment services such as background checks and drug tests, training and organizational development, and human resource consulting.

“We’re delighted to have both Debbie and Denise aboard as the organization enters a new period of growth and expansion,” said Phil Brandt, CEO of AAIM Employers’ Association. “They bring a wealth of experience to the sales team and will be instrumental to our force as the pace of hiring continues to increase for our member organizations.”

AAIM assists its members with human resource management, and provides resources to help members manage their people and processes. Both Johnson and Nickles have nearly 50 years of combined experience in the human resources field, with Ms. Johnson specializing in business education and Ms. Nickles in HR management and IT recruiting.

Johnson received both a B.S. in Secondary Education and an M. Ed. in Adult Education from the University of Missouri. Johnson has significant experience as a Software Instructor, Director of Training and General Manager at Executrain, a corporate training provider.

Nickles graduated from Lindenwood University with a B.S. in Human Resource Management. Prior to coming onboard at AAIM, Nickles served as Human Resource Manager at Rose International, Team Leader and Training Sales Executive at Quilogy, Inc. and Information Technology Recruiter at iBridge Solutions.
