King Of Paper Chasin' Part 2 Kickstarter.com

SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. - Aug. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Executive producer Dwayne "DL" Clark has announced today that his hit film, KING OF PAPER CHASIN', has begun pre-production of its sequel, KING OF PAPER CHASIN' 2. Taking a page from the modern method of financing, KOPC2 has opted to use a KICKSTARTER.COM program to fund this ambitious, and anticipated, project.

"I'm thrilled to be working on the sequel to KING OF PAPER CHASIN'," said Clark. "The original was a project very near and dear to me, and I'm excited to share in the extended vision of this project that is just as dear to others."

 
KING OF PAPER CHASIN' 2 picks up where the orginal film left off: the story of Carter Blanche is told through the first-person perspective, where sex, greed, and deception are all central pitfalls as he chases his dream of rising to the top in the gritty city. However, every choice he makes can -- and will -- cost lives.


The original KING OF PAPER CHASIN' is currently enjoying licensing deals with Netflicks and Showtime Networks, and Legend Group Studios in Santa Monica, CA and has optioned the rights to adapt KING OF PAPER CHASIN' into a weekly one hour drama TV series. The KICKSTARTER.COM program includes rewards such as advanced screening invitations in various cities, pictures with the cast & crew, on-set tour, and DVD copies of the film.


With this in mind, then, Clark thinks that the sequel will be even better than the original. "As a filmaker and an artist, I couldn't adk for anything more," he said.
