Mr. John Radcliffe Mr. Radcliffe has over 30 years of IT industry experience, including 18 years as an analyst at Gartner and 8 years at Oracle in product marketing roles. He has a wealth of experience in working with senior IT and business leaders at major end-user organizations from all vertical industries and has worked extensively with software vendors. Mr. Radcliffe has spoken at many events in many countries, and his written research has been widely read and successfully leveraged across the world. At Gartner, Mr. Radcliffe was best known for his research on MDM. He helped establish Gartner’s reputation in the MDM arena by authoring key Gartner research, such as the Seven Building Blocks of MDM, the MDM Maturity Model, the Architectural Styles of MDM, and the MDM of Customer Data Solutions Magic Quadrant. From 2007 to 2012, he chaired or co-chaired many of the Gartner MDM Summits in the US and Europe. Mr. Radcliffe now runs his own advisory company, Radcliffe Advisory Services Ltd., and specializes in MDM and Information Governance, particularly in combination with related topics such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Big Data, and Social Networking.
