Erika Jackson continues to give to children across the Caribbean

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - Aug. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Summer isn't merely about luxurious vacations for some of Hollywood's celebrity families, and for famiiles such as Erika Jackson's the summer also provides an opportunity to reach out and help those in need, particularly children.  It's no suprise therefore that Erika went on a mid-summer sports shopping spree with her friend Rosie Hodge-Adams to purchase volleyball equipment for the 2013 Project ASPIRE hosted on the Caribbean island of Grenada.  When we saw Mrs. Jackson at the end of the shopping spree, she wore perhaps one of the warmest smiles  [that we'd ever seen] on her face - which only goes to prove that "those who bring sunshine into the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves."

Erika Jackson is the mother of two beautiful children and the wife of the musician and American Idol Judge - Randy Jackson. Erika brings to mind the words of the Dalai Lama - "the various features and aspects of human life, such as longevity, good health, success, happiness and so forth, which we consider desireable, are all dependent on kindness and a good heart."
