Follow on Google News | Blue at the Topaz Launches New MenuAfter months of careful planning, Blue at the Topaz in Flagler Beach has launched their new menu.
By: Marketing 2 Go 386-439-4322 feugh@aol.com Flagler Beach, FL – Blue at the Topaz is pleased to announce they have launched their new menu this week. “We’ve had the new menu for about a week now and the feedback has been incredible,” Some of the new menu items include; Crabmeat Stuffed Portabella Mushroom, Herb Baked Brie, Baked Escargot in a Puff Pastry, Grilled Vegetable Tostada, and Chicken and Eggplant Penne Vodka. The creative chefs at Blue have also generated a whole new following with their inspiring appetizer and dinner specials. The appetizer special Saturday night was Chilled Shrimp & Avocado with a cilantro/citrus vinaigrette for example. The restaurant, located at 1224 South Oceanshore Blvd. in Flagler Beach. They are open seven days a week from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. They accept reservations for parties of six or more. Blue at the Topaz offers indoor and outdoor dining on a Victorian wrap-around porch. They opened their doors in August, 2002 and most of the staff has stayed with the company since the beginning. They have a very unique special event banquet room - it’s a mini-museum with memorabilia from the 19th and 20th centuries. There are antique toys, historic train sets, and photos of the Topaz Hotel when nothing else surrounded it on the beach.
