Curved Corners for cleanrooms.

MIDLAND, Mich. - Aug. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Fulcrum Composites Inc. announces its new range of curved panels designed to provide seamless rounded corners in drywall installations. 

Curve Panels install exactly like drywall but bridge the gap between small radius vinyl trim and the smallest radius that it is possible to bend conventional drywall.  Curve Panels are available in radii from 2” up to 12”.  They can be used for wall to wall or wall to ceiling corners (or a combination of both). Once installed the wall is completely seamless making them ideal for many kinds of clean rooms where rounded corners are specified for cleanliness but conventional trim may leave seams which act as dirt traps and are difficult to clean. Custom sizes available. Also arches, column covers, soffitts and cornices. Available in 8' and 10' lengths, 1/2" or 5/8" thick to match standard drywall. Panels can have built in tapers to match the tapered edge of drywall.
