Francis X. “Butch” Miller Joins Lathrop & Gage LLP

ST. LOUIS - Aug. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- ST. LOUIS (August 16, 2013) – Lathrop & Gage LLP recently announced that Francis X. “Butch” Miller has joined the firm’s St. Louis office in the corporate and real estate departments.


Miller brings more than 15 years of experience working with developers as well as other businesses and entrepreneurs. He works extensively with developers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and sellers during all phases of the acquisition, development, construction, and financing of all types of real estate. In addition to offering clients assistance with 1031 exchanges, Miller regularly works with individuals involved in property title and survey disputes, purchase and sales agreements, as well as financial and leasing matters.


He also works with clients on projects ranging from business formation, acquisition, financing, and disposition of assets.


Prior to joining the firm, Miller was a partner with another St. Louis law firm where he worked in the corporate and real estate practice groups. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), The Missouri Bar, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Risk Management Association. Last year, Miller received an AV rating by Martindale – Hubbell, a top peer review distinction for his ethical and legal abilities.


Miller earned his bachelor of science from the University of Missouri - Columbia, and his juris doctorate cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law.
