By: Emergency Management Methodology Partners (EMMP) Following the departure of Frank Rose and Jeremy DeLaCourt from EMMP this past summer, the partners and advisory board have named Noël Kepler the new managing partner for the national emergency and crisis management firm. Ms. Kepler, who has been functioning as the Chief Operating Officer for the last two years, will now lead the organization. In her new role, Ms. Kepler will be responsible for establishing the firms direction, keeping the organization focused on its core mission, and execution of the firm’s strategies. The firm is confident that her extensive resume, education and commitment to the advancement of emergency management as a stand-alone practice will be a strong example to the EMMP team as well as the field of emergency management. According to the firm’s web site there a few areas of expansion planned for 2014 including new structure for service offerings and project management. Shifting away from the firm's original headquarters in Dallas, TX, Ms. Kepler will lead the EMMP team from Brooklyn, New York where she has been living and working since 2003. Under Ms. Kepler’s leadership the firm is confident in a successful future and expansion of EMMP. End
