“I have plans to expand CM3 Ltd internationally. Birmingham, Leeds and Newcastle are first then I have huge plans to dominate the sales industry in USA. Miami and New York appeals to me.” Last Saturday there was a huge event at the CM3 Ltd head offices in Manchester and an expansion team was selected to branch out into Newcastle. The expansion plans have been thought out and processed over the past few weeks. Mr Mikkides explains that “it is important that expanding to a new location is well executed and thought out. A lot needs to be taken into consideration and with so many variables a lot can go wrong. The more we pay attention to the detail and plan the more control we have. This is the first of many moves and we are exciting to see what growth we can achieve in Newcastle.”

As many cities around the UK start the steady climb out of the damage the recession caused, Newcastle is showing promise with plenty of opportunity and careers growth prospects. “I am a firm believer that if you want to be successful you have to do what ever it takes. There are so many stories of entrepreneurs that have started out doing minimum wage jobs to work there way up, gain relevant experience and then branch out on their own. You cant expect things to just come to you, you have to go out and get it with both hands. As a young entrepreneur I understand fully the challenges that building a business can bring, however its all worth it in the end,” continues Chris Mikkides, managing director of CM3 Ltd.
