Diode Detectors are used to rectify an RF input signal to a proportional DC output voltage. Applications for Zero Bias Schottky Diode Detectors include precision and lab testing equipment, as well as transmitter, power and signal monitoring systems.

Fairview’s new line of Zero Bias Schottky Diode Detectors comes in several different connector configurations and frequencies in the 0.01 to 26.5 GHz range. These detectors offer very flat frequency response and a negative output polarity. Positive output polarity and additional connector configurations are also available.
