Undeclared Media Launches College Focused Internet Television Network

ORLANDO, Fla. - Sept. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- ORLANDO, FL – Undeclared Media, a collegiate entertainment and production company, is excited to officially announce the launch of Undeclared TV! Undeclared TV is a website and internet television network focused on bringing high quality original and syndicated content to college students.

The website, undeclared.tv, brings an ever-growing collection of on-demand web series, event coverage, news, music, and more directly to the college demographic. The web series featured on the site showcases a wide variety of talent from producers across the country. The news section, or “College of Journalism,” brings to life many news stories that are relevant to college students, but also features a wide array of national and international news stories. For event coverage, Undeclared TV utilizes a network of students at several universities to bring detailed stories, photos, and videos to the site.

One of Undeclared TV’s founders, Chase Mayo, founded the online network after seeing a demand while studying at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. “While studying at UCF I noticed that there were two primary college news sources at the school, but there was no central source for entertainment.” said Chase. “After doing some research I discovered that there were several websites syndicating entertaining content from YouTube, but they weren’t focused on college students. They also didn’t feature any news. It was at that moment that I discovered a need that we’re hoping Undeclared TV will fill.”

When the live stream launches later this year, Undeclared TV will carry live events from several Florida schools as well as news and entertainment from around the country. Undeclared TV is initially geared towards students at the University of Central Florida and the University of South Florida, but will continue to expand to other schools throughout the fall and spring semesters.
