Bucks County Gallery Hosts Small 6" by 6" Holiday Painting Show & Sale

NEW HOPE, Pa. - Sept. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Gallery owner Howard Cooperman announced today that they are hosting a holiday miniature painting exhibit and sale November 28^th through December 31^st, 2013. Cooperman said when asked “The event has been in planning for the past year. Many fine art galleries on the East Coast promote a holiday art sale featuring mini paintings with a couple dozen artworks to choose from. Bucks County Gallery’s event will separate itself from those venues by offering works by a diverse group of most noted local, regional, national artists residing in the United States and Canada.”

Artists entering the event will be juried into the show by a selection committee. Each artist can enter up to six paintings created within the last 12 months. Awards will be given to the artists for best of show, 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place, amounting to $2000.00.

Among the subject and styles of art being offered will be animals, landscapes, florals, garden scenes, still life, figurative, pets, and portraits. All artwork will be available for purchase in our brick and mortar gallery located in New Hope PA, and online through our website using Paypal. Those attending the reception on Saturday December 7^th from 6-9pm will enjoy holiday treats and seasonal cocktails.

Gift giving season will be made easy for first time art collectors as well as seasoned collectors seeking small inexpensive original fine art that will fit just about any space in the home or office. More than 150 framed original acrylic, oils, pastels, watercolors, and encaustic works will adorn the walls of the gallery. Artists within driving distance will be in attendance for you to meet.
