Harvest Development Group Continues To Expand

Sept. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Harvest Development Group, the management consultancy firm specializing in helping nonprofit organizations, continues their expansion plans by welcoming three new Senior Consultants to their team. They are delighted to announce the appointment of Judith Green, Robin McShane and Lee Rosenblum to both their East and West Coast offices.

Judith Green is a Senior Consultant and Revenue Development Coach who brings 30 years of experience working for and with major nonprofits to Harvest Development Group, East Coast office. Her varied background in strategic planning, negotiations, program and operations management and fundraising has resulted in tens of millions of dollars being raised. As a Revenue Development Coach, Green uses a unique, proven method which has generated over $2 billion in revenue for organizations during the last 30 years.

Joining Judith in the East Coast office is Robin McShane. Robin has 20 years experience in the nonprofit sector, with experience in annual and capital fundraising; membership engagement and development; and strategic planning.  She brings valuable experience to the firm from her years working with some of America’s largest charities including the YMCA.

Lee Rosenblum will manage the Harvest Development Groups’ new West Coast office and brings his 30 years experience in developing nonprofit fundraising and development to the firm. During his career Rosenblum has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for annual, capital and endowment campaigns and managed multi-million dollar budgets. He has extensive experience in board development and volunteer recruitment and training. Rosenblum has a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management from Hebrew Union College and a Master of Social Work Degree from USC.

Harvest Development Group is new to the West Coast, however it has been operating from their East Coast office in Connecticut for over five years helping nonprofit organiztions throughout America.
