By: ProServe USA ORLANDO, Fla. - Sept. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Rob Bamberg of ProServe USA will hold a Charity Happy Hour/Silent Auction on September 18, 2013 at The Fifth (V) to raise funds for the treatment and awareness of Lyme disease for 10 year old Zachary Mostow.
Did you know the CDC says that Lyme disease is most common among boys ages 5-19? After realizing how prevalent Lyme disease is, even in Florida, and how misdiagnosed it is in children,ProServe USA has decided to launch a fundraiser to raise funds on behalf of Zachary Mostow for treatment and increase awareness of Lyme disease. ProServe USA has teamed up with lawyers Mike Morgan & Matt Morgan from the law firm of Morgan and Morgan, Lady Esquire-Men’s Stylist, and V Group Concepts to raise the money for Zachary’s treatment. Guests who attend will be able to participate in a silent auction, enjoy food and beverage specials while a portion of the proceeds go directly to Tick-Borne Disease Alliance (TBDA). Tick-Borne Disease Alliance is a is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to raising awareness, supporting initiatives and promoting advocacy to find a cure for tick-borne diseases, including Lyme. “Zachary was diagnosed with Lyme disease and was infected last year during summer camp at Wekiva Springs in Apopka, FL. He is in urgent need of medical treatment. Treatment is approximately $3K per week, takes 8-12 weeks, and is not covered by insurance. The longer this disease is with him, the more devastating affect it has on his neurologic system. After hearing his story, I wanted to get involved. $36,000 is a lot of money for one person, but when we come together as a community, I’m am certain we can achieve results for Zach.” says Rob Bamberg. This event is sponsored by: ProServe USA, V Group Concepts, Morgan & Morgan, Lady Esquire - Men’s Stylist, Kathryn Kuehn Photography & ProLitigation Support. If you would like to show your support while also making a difference, participation is available on various levels. Donor Sponsorship Levels: Platinum $2,500, Gold $1,000, Silver $500, Bronze $250. All proceeds are tax-deductible.
