INERGY Automotive Systems, A Good Neighbor To Huron Township

The facility is nearing completion in Huron Township, Michigan and their employees have embraced the community again with a generous donation.

“Recently the company was approached for a donation towards backpacks for school children who are  in the Township,” said office manager Judy Parrish. “Our team loves to work for the good of all and we didn’t want to just donate the money, we wanted to get involved.” So Parrish and Katrina Hill-Meadows, administrative at Inergy,  spent hours shopping, sorting and packing 100 completely filled backpacks for three schools in Huron Township including Brown, Miller and  Renton Jr. High as well as the local Head Start program. This summer the group also painted the historical museum and put up a flagpole for the historical school house.

“This company hasn’t even officially opened and are already doing so much for their community, we so appreciate them,” Said R.P. Lilly Huron Township LDFA Chairman. “We are so fortunate to have attracted such wonderful corporate neighbors.”

Once the building is completed, about 300 employees will be working on the premise. Their grand opening is scheduled for October 15.
