A fun Filled Fresher Party at DPG Polytechnic

GURGAON, India - Sept. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- DPG Polytechnic College organized a big splash fresher party to welcome its new batch. The event, chaired by the Principal- Mr. C R Mor, was full of fun and enthusiasm. Chairman- Mr. Rajender Gahlot, Vice Chairman- Mr. Deepak Gahlot and Faculty members also graced the occasion. The event started with lamp lighting following Saraswati Vandna. Everyone showered their blessing and greeted the new students with all good wishes. New comers, along with their seniors, actively participated in the event.

Addressing the new students, Principal- C R Mor said that college life proves to be the turning point for one’s life. Students need to put their best effort for enhancing their abilities. There is no substitute to hard work and it is the only key to success.  Polytechnic is an innovative subject; it needs lots of creativity and artistic skills. One’s knowledge and skills can take him/her to another level of success. There are great opportunities and scope in this field.

The event included variety of cultural programs like solo singing, solo dance, group song, group dance, and team activities like pick & do. The fun moments started with the entertaining Group dances by Khalsa Group and Bebo Group. The enthusiasm level was clearly seen on the face of the students. They gave amazing and dazzling performances. Performers were encouraged by everyone. Faculty members shared their experiences and students also expressed their feeling about their new college. The whole event was artistically designed. Mr. and Ms. Fresher Competition was the center of attraction. With their unmatched performances, Abhijit and Chetna won the competition and were selected as Mr. Fresher and Ms. Fresher respectively. At last students took the dance floor and faculty members were also not less in beating the rhythm. The eventful day was ended with thanks giving note by the Chairman- Mr. Rajender Gahlot.
