Loup Garou: Roth’s Debut Audiobook

When it came time for the prolific Mandy Roth to choose a voice actor to narrate her debut audio book, she chose wisely. Those of us who are friends with Roth on social media accept that Mandy’s meme is the ‘80s power ballad. So I made a point of asking Rachel Vivette, voice actor from Terrestrial Media, to describe herself using two ‘80s power ballads. When Rachel replied, without hesitation “Every Rose Has Its Thorn by Poison, definitely and Lady in Red by Chris de Burgh,” I knew Mandy had struck a chord.

According to Rachel, Loup Garou’s success is due to its “Approachability of the writing combined with a fun, interesting story and believable characters.” And of course “Some very steamy scenes!” The composition of this story is strong, belting out two loveable lead characters, “Lindsay Willows is tough and knows what she wants, but has an underlying vulnerability that makes her very easy to relate to.” And “Exavier’s just HOT!  And smart.  And talented . . . and still a decent guy.  Basically, he's the ideal man!” the narrator keeps on singing the praises of the work she fell in love with on the way to bringing it to life.

From the sounds of things, this will be the first of many audiobooks for Mandy Roth on Amazon’s ACX platform and it definitely won’t be the last collaboration with Terrestrial Media and Rachel Vivette.
