Available at the Cape Coral location, the Exilis system uses radiofrequency waves and electrical energy through an applicator that is massaged over the desired treatment area. This applicator cools the top of the skin while pushing the heat through to the fat layer. The heated fat cells’ metabolic activity is accelerated, which causes the fat to liquefy and exit the cell. Once the fat exits the cell, it finds its way out through the circulatory or digestive system.
