Mindways QCT Pro^TM  low-dose CT bone densitometry systems enables modern facilities to benefit from the latest BMD screening technology without dedicated specialist equipment operators or  additional high capital equipment costs. QCT Pro™ software produces bone densitometry reports for both spine and hip from a low-dose abdominal CT scan with radiation doses comparable to a mammogram.

In a recent report published by International Oestoporosis Foundation (IOF) indicates that an incidence of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMO) in regions of Saudi Arabia is 30 percent to 40 percent, with over 60 percent of postmenopausal women already suffering some degree of osteopenia.
