DFJ Frontier Appoints Bruce Long Venture Partner

LOS ANGELES - Sept. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- DFJ Frontier, a seed and early stage venture capital firm focused on media and technology investments, today announced that entertainment technology veteran Bruce Long has joined the firm as a venture partner.

Mr. Long is a former executive of several large media technology companies, including Technicolor, Deluxe and Ascent Four Media Company.  Long is a seasoned and successful entrepreneur having founded and served in senior executive roles at Encore Video/Encore Visual Effects, Heroes Title Design (sold to Ascent Media), and Next Element (sold to Deluxe). Long has also been a senior executive at CBS Music, Iconix Imaging, Bancom Financial Corporation and most recently New Antics, LLC a technology-driven provider of interactive video advertising.  Long has also produced motion pictures, television, on-line content and music for many years.
