As a result, there have been numerous promotions within the company, including the promotion of their representative Aziz who will now be managing his own market.

Aziz comes from a military family and so is accustomed to working hard, as he has always worked hard due to his appreciation of those who work hard in the Armed Forces. That has always been a part of his life, and after he attended and later graduated from the University of Texas, he decided that he wanted to become an entrepreneur. He didn’t know what kind of business he wanted to run, but knew he had that dream, and armed with a degree in Marketing, has now been working in sales for more than ten years. This step forward with Breakaway Marketing Inc. is helping Aziz achieve his goal of running a business, by giving him more responsibility and the chance to help make the company a success.

After a significant number of road trips, Aziz has been promoted to run his own market in San Antonio. Commenting recently, Aziz explained that he is really pleased to be given such an opportunity and will work as hard as he can to ensure that he does the business proud. He is looking forward to having a successful unit in the business that operates individually.

Aziz is an avid cinephile, and has an ever-increasing collection of movies that spans more than 500 titles. He also loves to play board games with his friends and likes to eat good food and will often be caught Yelping in town. When asked about his secret to success, Aziz explained that he believes it’s all about putting the customer first. He stresses that his success is a result of putting the customer in the front of his mind, and always putting money and his own interests second. When he speaks to a customer or a client, they are all that matters in that period in time. This is something Aziz will be ensuring his team members believe in. Without the retailer and without the customer, Breakaway Marketing Inc. would have gone nowhere, which is why the company must continue its past successes by always putting the customer at the front of our list of priorities.

Aziz continued to comment about his recent promotion. He suggested that he has been waiting for this chance for a long time and is very excited. Becoming an entrepreneur is a really exciting opportunity and has been a dream of his for a great deal of time. Aziz is excited that finally he will has reached his goal, and is also looking forward to inspiring others to achieve their goals.

Aziz was also asked if he has any new goals now that he has achieved his first goal, and he replied that he absolutely does. Aziz explained that he recently met with his regional manager and set two big goals for his career, with the first one being to help open at least two offices in his region by the end of the year. The second goal was to have $15,000 in the bank in savings by the end of the year. He seemed positive that these goals were achievable, and very excited to get started with them.

Asked about his background with the company, Aziz explained that he has a marketing degree and first started working at a B2B firm. He felt that there could be more to his career, and that’s why he left and joined Breakaway Marketing Inc. because he knew that it would give him an opportunity to start running his own business. Finally, he commented on his favorite thing about working with Breakaway Marketing Inc., explaining that he really liked having the chance to develop relationships, engage in teamwork and working with likeminded people who have the same goal in mind.
