Main course options are lightly breaded chicken breast (Hähnchenbrust “Cordon Bleu”) stuffed with black forest ham and Appenzeller cheese or traditional Bavarian pork sausage (Bayrishe Weisswurst) served with house-made sauerkraut, pretzel bread and Old World mustard.
