A CALL TO DUTY Charges Citizens To Support Veterans During Veterans Day Weekend

FONTANA, Calif. - Oct. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- “Give Love Tour” 2013, produced by the Marcus Heart Foundation gives homage to the heroes who protect and serve our borders and communities for the safety and freedoms of all American people. Also, to families and Veterans who have paid the ultimate sacrifice by giving their lives through their "Call of Duty“.

Now, it’s our turn to stand up and show our appreciation to all military service men and women and to veterans!  The Marcus Heart Foundation is asking 10,000 citizens to “Stand Up and in the spirit Call of Duty”!

During Veterans Day Weekend, the Marcus Heart Foundation will present a weekend effort to restore and revitalize the true meaning of Veteran's Day and the celebration of the courageous brave men and women who sacrifice their lives for our country through the “Give Love Tour” 2013.

“Give Love Tour” 2013 is a 3-day weekend of extravagant grander and entertainment that includes a FreeFamily Fun Festival, a Motorcycle Run (from Los Angeles to Ontario to San Diego), and a citywide Food Drive. In addition, there are two Mega Concerts in Ontario, CA as well as San Diego, CA.

Proceeds from Both Mega Concerts funds the Free Family Fun Festival for Veterans on November 9^th, 2013 at the Citizens Business Bank Arena as well to feed the Homeless Vets on November 11^th, 2013 at the same location.

The CALL TO DUTY is a charge for 10,000 citizens in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties to support the 3 day festivities by committing to one or more charges:

1.      CITIZENS:
A.    Purchase tickets to the Ontario Mega Concert w Maze featuring Frankie Beverly and Ledisi and/or the San Diego Mega Concert with Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, the Whisper and Howard Hewett.  Tickets are $39, $69, $99 and can be purchased online at www.givelovetour.com orwww.cbbankarena.com
B.  Purchase tickets for Veterans and their families to attend the Ontario Mega Concert ONLY!  Go to www.cbbankarena.com or call Citizens Business Bank Arena at 909-244-5600.

2.       BUSINESSES:
A.    Sponsor Tickets through the TICKET BUY SPONSORSHIP program which allows business owners to choose 1 of 3 ticket packages to purchase. Each package gives the business various advertisement and branding solutions.  Some of the purchased tickets will be given to various families of a veteran to attend the concerts.  Also, the business receives a tax write off as a donation. About The Marcus Heart Foundation:
The Marcus Heart Foundation, under the umbrella of The Community Foundation (a 501c3 non-profit organization serving the Counties of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in conjunction with various community partners) was created in loving memory of fallen soldier, PFC Marcus Allen Tynes, a member of the United States Army who was killed in Zabul Province, Afghanistan at the very young age of 19 by a roadside bomb while serving our Country. The foundation is dedicated to providing college tuition assistance to high school graduates who are ambitious and seeking to make a life changing decision to pursue higher academic goals. In honor of this proud young hero, the Give Love Tour, Family Fun Festival and Veterans Appreciation Run will raise funds, awareness and non-perishable food items for active, deployed, wounded, veterans, fallen heroes and their families.
