Zaar Design Center Introduces New Exhibitors & Hosts A Lunch n Learn.

HIGH POINT, N.C. - Oct. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- ZAAR Design Center, an innovative showroom concept that offers a year-round presence for home furnishings/accessory exhibitors and local artists, is stepping up its presence at the High Point Market with the introduction of two new exhibitors. --- and, a special educational event featuring founder and CEO of Connexionsoft, Design Tech Summit Executive Producer, and Design Camp Counselor, Katy Garrett.

At noon on Sunday, October 20, Garrett—as the "face" of Connexion Software, has successfully developed project management software for interior designers that has helped change the approach, save time and redefine the way design is managed. Katy devotes her time and energy to the professional development of interior designers nationwide.

“Helping designers become high dollar design professionals using proven strategies and technologies to streamline their business processes is Katy’s passion, which is obvious by what she has orchestrated here in High Point, NC this market,” Says ZAAR Design Center founder Ruth Olbrych, who here is referring to the inaugural Design Tech Summit, hosted by the Antique and Design Center and sponsored by Customized Walls, and The Kaleidoscope Partnership, spearheaded by Garrett.

ZAAR Design Center has as its anchor Antiques by Zaar, Olbrych’s 14 year old company that specializes in Chinese antique furniture. Fall 2013 Market marks the 20^th Market for Antiques by Zaar to participate as an exhibitor. Olbrych is thrilled to have such a notable speaker as Ms Garrett for the Lunch n Learn and invites all to come and take advantage of special sales to celebrate this milestone, and join them for the day.

In a time where designing a home no longer stops at the back door, ZAAR Design Center is pleased to introduce a line that addresses just this,Legacy Fine Casual Furniture. Each piece made in the Mexico based factory is hand crafted with metal frames, designed to enhance any living space, outdoors or in. North Carolina Representative, Jeanne Glenn, will be taking appointments and working with Olbrych at ZAAR to provide designers with all the information you need about this exciting and beautiful line of outdoor/indoor furniture.
