GN Mud Gun for mud mixing system

LANGFANG, China - Oct. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- The GN mud gun is designed for mixing the drilling fluids and prevent precipitation. Normally it will be matched with mud agitators. Solids mud content,such as barite and low gravity drill solids,will settle over time in areas of low fluid movement. The mud gun can be used as a preventive mean to combat solids build up and as a tool to reduce hours spent on tank cleaning. To flush out settled solids or to avoid build up of barite in tank corners.

GN offer two size mud guns. 2 inch mud gun and 3 inch mud gun. GN Mud Guns are available with 360° rotaion handles, which aid the swivel joints.

Features :

a. Nozzle

A molded replaceable wear resistant polyurethane jet nozzle is used, with lift time as long as 2000 hour.

Three nozzle with 120° between each other. All tank corner can be covered by mud gun, even for fixed mud gun

b. Swivel Adjustment

The swivels are outfitted with a collapsible handle. This allows for adjustment and then collapsing the handle to eliminate a trip hazard.
