Energy Companies Let Off Some Steam at Denver’s Unser Racing

DENVER - Oct. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- DENVER, Colorado -- October 8, 2013 -- Several energy and electrical companies spent last Thursday evening speeding around an indoor go-kart track at Unser Racing (www.unserracing.com) in Denver for the energy industry’s Grand Finale Happy Hour of the year. The ticketed event was hosted by IECRM (http://www.iecrm.org), the region’s premier energy industry trade association, and sponsored by QED (www.qedelectric.com).

The top three victors of a cutthroat series of high-speed races were: Pete Farreny of Weifield Group Contracting, Michael Gortari of QED, and Stefan Boehm of Easter-Owens.

The networking event drew participants from All Copy Products, Bauerle & Company, P.C., Encore Electric, Inc., Legrand Cablofil, Network Insurance Services, and QED.

Unser Racing is one of the newest members to the IECRM trade association.

IECRM’s next annual event is coming up -- tickets and tables are now on sale for 2013 IECRM Annual Business Dinner and 2014 Board of Directors election, on November 14th at the Sheraton DTC. At the event, IECRM trade association members will enjoy a cocktail hour and dinner, reflect on the past year’s events and milestones, and plan for future business opportunities in 2013.
