Sandy Sansing Nissan goes pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

PENSACOLA, Fla. - Oct. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Sandy Sansing Nissan is joining the fight against breast cancer and you can help. In an effort to raise $30,000 for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, the largest network of breast cancer awareness events in the nation, the dealership will be making a $100 donation for every new or used car sold in the month of October. Funds raised support the American Cancer Society’s mission to fight the disease with research, information and services, and access to mammograms for women who need them. It is their goal to create a world with more birthdays by helping people fight back, get well, stay well and find cures.

“There are too many people who face a battle with cancer every year,” said Sandy Sansing, owner of Sandy Sansing Ford/Lincoln. “This is our opportunity to show them that they are not fighting alone.”

Sandy Sansing Nissan has also created an opportunity for anyone to show support by stopping by the dealership and signing their hot pink Nissan JUKE Nismo. The vehicle was customized for this event and is proving to be a great canvas for Gulf Coast residents.

"We have all kinds of signatures,” Sansing said. “Some are simply signing their names, others are leaving memorial messages to their sisters and moms, and survivors are writing words of encouragement. It's just a way we can bring awareness and show our support."
