BSCN Announces Newest Associate Coach, Sandy Siira

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- BSCN announced today that Sandy Siira has joined their international network of coaches.

My preparation for successful coaching has been received throughout a career in business, twelve of which were in a Human Resources executive role. With more than 20 years of progressive leadership experiences in the private and public sectors, I have worked for Fortune 500 organizations as well as small, entrepreneurial organizations in industries that include high tech, insurance, legal services, apparel, medical technology and transportation.

I have worked with a diverse clientele including corporate executives, small business owners and college-bound students. I have held positions with global responsibility during which I enjoyed interacting with colleagues from around the world. My experiences have given me a deep understanding of the issues that leaders and individuals in corporate environments face. Additionally, I have held non-profit board member positions.

I received my coach training through the prestigious and world-renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI). CTI is one of the top coaching schools in the world and is accredited by the International Coach Federation. I possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Professional Communication from Alverno College and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee."
