DAHER-TLI Continues Expansion as Turnkey Service Provider in Asset Acquisition of Century Industries

FULTON, Md. - Oct. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- DAHER-TLI, an industry leader in logistics, transportation and service solutions to the nuclear industry, announced it has completed its acquisition of assets and associated employees from Century Industries. Located in Bristol, VA, Century Industries is a container design and manufacturing facility for the nuclear and chemical industries.

DAHER-TLI continues to demonstrate their commitment to offer a full range of expertise, products and services to the nuclear market by increasing their product offerings. Century Industries manufactures a full range of drums and containers, including the Versa Pac container, liners, cylinder over-packs and custom built packaging in its NRC approved Quality Assurance Program facility.

The Versa-Pac Shipping Containers

The Versa-Pac shipping containers are certified Type AF containers (NRC Certificate of Compliance No. 9342) and are designed as a replacement for standard 7A and Type A Fissile transportation packaging. The Versa-Pac is designed so that it can de used directly or in conjunction with pails, drums or inserts that can be manufactured to accommodate a variety of smaller containers and vessels.
