Mentoring Youth for Christ LLC Seeks Youth Ministers to Facilitate Workshops at Youth Conference

KENTUCKY, Ky. - Oct. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Mentoring Youth for Christ L.L.C was founded in March 2013 by Claudette Milner.

Mission: The mission of Mentoring Youth for Christ is to bring individuals to Christ by assisting youth in using their gifts to minister to the world.

John 3:16

Goal:

1.     Assist youth in biblical study

2.     Assist youth in building a personal relationship with God.

3.     Assist youth in identifying their gifts

4.     Assist youth in learning to seek guidance from God in every aspect of their life.

5.     Assist youth in preparing their ministry.

.        Assist youth in walking in the image of God.

Claudette Milner is the founder of Mentoring Youth for Christ L.L.C. She is an author, workshop facilitator, and motivational speaker. Her published works include the “Children of Plains Estates” series and her latest release is “The Rejuvenation of the Church”: Meeting the Needs of the Church Guide and Workbook.

Ms. Milner received attended Purdue and Columbia University. Ms. Milner began her voluntary service shortly after graduation with VISTA. Her assignment was working with the Battered Women’s Task Force and legal aid in Topeka Kansas. This assignment was the turning point of her life. She has spent over twenty years mentoring, counseling and educating youth. Her first priority is her relationship with God, next is family then community. Her ministry is mentoring youth to use their gifts for ministry.

Ms. Milner has interviewed on ArtistFirst with Tony Kay, Kerrene Covington of Todays Christian Woman, and Dr. Maxine Thompson. She has been featured in the Charlotte Post, and other news media.

Ms. Milner is currently seeking the assistance of youth ministers and youth organizations willing to contribute their gifts and talents in planning this event. She is in need of facilitators, performing groups,and youth interested in utilizing their social media skills.

Confirmed facilitators: Claudette Milner (parent workshops)

Child Predator workshop will be facilitated by Janice Downs. Mrs. Downs received her BA degree from Eastern Kentucky University. She has counseled sex offenders in the prison system for over20 years. Her objective is to educate parents and youth about the facts about child predators.

The  first conference will be statewide. We are seeking participation from all churches. God has given me the task of bringing our youth together to assist them in minstering to the world. Whatever your gift we can use your participation.
