Doug Briney Announces Nashville CD Release Party To Benefit Veterans

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Oct. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- MTS Management Group and Doug Briney are happy to announce Doug's CD release party for his sophomore album, Super Country Cowboy (TMG.) The free event will take place on Veteran's Day, November 11, 2013, from 6-9pm, at The Pavilion Kitchen and Bar located at 1530 Demonbreun on Music Row in Nashville.  A $5 suggested donation will be given to veterans' charities.  For directions and more information, visit http://www.pavilionnashville.com.

In addition to performing live at the event, Doug will also be available to sign copies of his CD and for photo opportunities.  Also performing at the event will be Nashville Universe Award-winner, Katlyn Lowe (Best Female Artist,) with additional special guest performers being added.  VIP tables will be made available for military service men and women.

"I am so excited for this event," said Doug. "My son is currently serving in the military, and I have a long line of veterans in my family.  The service they provide for our country is invaluable, and I hope we can give back just a little bit, to say 'Thank you.'  I hope everyone will come out and celebrate the release of my new album."

Doug Briney is a 2013 Independent Country Music Association Award winner (Best Live Performance.) His debut album, It's All Country, reached #11 on the itunes New Country Release chart, earlier this year. An Alaskan resident and pastor for the past 20+ years, Doug relocated to Nashville, this past summer.  Super Country Cowboy will be released on November 5, 2013.
